The successful candidate will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams (FAE, marketing, product management) to promote our semiconductor solutions to customers. This position, based in Campbell, California, reports directly to the VP of Business Development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territory\/accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets (IoT, automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to provide technical solutions and design-in support<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Build and maintain strong relationships with customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contract closing, and after-sales support<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Stay updated on semiconductor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">[Required]<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">5+ years of sales experience in semiconductors (ASIC\/ASSP), or related technology fields<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Strong knowledge of semiconductor products (MCUs, SoCs, RF, analog, memory, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Japanese<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ability to travel for business when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">[Preferred]<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Existing network with U.S. customers in automotive, industrial, or IoT sectors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Familiarity with distribution channels and partner management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Technical background with ability to engage in product-level discussions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Work Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Standard working hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Work is on-site at the office; remote work is not permitted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Occasional meetings may be required after 6:00 p.m. to communicate with teams at the headquarters in Japan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Employment includes a 180-day probationary period.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Compensation &amp;
