This role will work closely with the IT Specialist and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors\/consultants. The ideal candidate has <strong>excellent English communication and documentation skills<\/strong>, strong organization, and the ability to analyze operational needs and support system implementation.<\/p>\n<p>This is a <strong>project-based temporary role<\/strong> and will end upon successful completion of the ERP project.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the IT Specialist in the deployment and ongoing support of the ERP system and related IT applications<\/li>\n<li>Gather operational needs and translate business requirements into clear communication for vendors\/consultants<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and document meetings, discussions, and action items in <strong>English<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal teams and management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback, updates, and progress reports<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Assist in identifying solutions and supporting the transition to the new ERP system<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Perform other duties as assigned<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional English proficiency (verbal and written) is required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>ERP, system implementation, or vendor coordination experience preferred<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>5+ years of relevant MIS or project support experience preferred<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><u>Accounting and production background is a plus<\/u><\/li>\n<li><u>Japanese language ability is preferred (not required)<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23654","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/23654","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=23654"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=23654"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=23654"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
