This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technical environment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20135 years of proven experience in customer support or client service roles.<\/li>\n<li>Associate\u2019s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong phone communication and active listening skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using CRM systems, inventory\/order management software (e.g., SAGE), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Forklift operation experience a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding service parts, order status, and shipping details.<\/li>\n<li>Process customer orders, quotes, and applications accurately and promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Check inventory levels and confirm product availability for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain customer account information and order history.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, billing, or returns\/exchanges.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve order entry and fulfillment processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer-focused and professional communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong judgment, dependability, and professionalism under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Upholds company ethics, safety standards, and diversity values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, please send your resume to jwilliams@pasona.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23649","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
