Clients: Tier 1 automotive-related companies in North America<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bilingual in Japanese is beneficial, but not required. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Handle product inquiries via web and email, providing datasheets, compliance declarations, and technical documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Support sales by preparing documents, managing sample orders in ERP systems, and tracking delivery schedules.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate RFQ activities: retrieve quotes, validate part numbers, maintain quote records, and update pricing databases.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in managing customer master records, price changes, and part number cross-references.<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with customer service teams to resolve blocked orders and intake errors.<\/li>\n
  • Process and manage urgent sample orders including inventory tracking and logistics.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain procedure documentation and assist with other projects as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • High school diploma required; Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s in Business preferred.<\/li>\n
    • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with ERP\/CRM systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
