Outside Sales Representative \u2013 Lexington, KY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Salary Range:<\/strong> $45k-$65k<\/p>\n

Workstyle: <\/strong>Full time onsite<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Customer Relations<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Serve as primary contact for approximately five assigned customers.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain relationships through regular on-site visits and handle customer inquiries.<\/li>\n
  • Research potential projects and propose new products.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Quotations<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Communicate with suppliers in Japan, Thailand, and Canada<\/strong> to obtain pricing and delivery details.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare and submit quotations; follow up with customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Delivery & On-Site Support<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Visit customer sites 2\u20134 times per week<\/strong> for product delivery and sales activities.<\/li>\n
      • Conduct on-site meetings to confirm project status.<\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with manufacturers during sales activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Inventory, Logistics & Internal Operations<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming products.<\/li>\n
        • Perform monthly inventory counts and submit stock reports.<\/li>\n
        • Work closely with team members to manage back orders and incoming shipments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Other Duties<\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet company needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Qualifications<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Fluency in Japanese<\/strong> and strong English communication skills.<\/li>\n
            • 1+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
            • Ability to travel locally for frequent on-site visits.<\/li>\n
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
