Job Title: Project Launch Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hours<\/strong>: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (some overtime required)<\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> Onsite in Norcross, GA<\/p>\n

Salary: <\/strong>$55k-$60k<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Manage new project launches from prototype to mass production. Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, coordinate technical and quality information, manage schedules, and support smooth execution of launches.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Project Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Oversee projects from technical review to mass production.<\/li>\n
  • Finalize specifications, pricing, and schedules with customers and suppliers.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure smooth preparation and timely launches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Customer & Supplier Liaison:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Address customer inquiries and share technical\/quality details.<\/li>\n
    • Manage price negotiations, timelines, and specification changes.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct progress meetings and provide updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Prototype to Mass Production:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Coordinate tasks across departments for seamless progression.<\/li>\n
      • Develop and manage schedules based on deadlines and specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Warehouse & Packaging:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Confirm packaging and label requirements, suggesting improvements when needed.<\/li>\n
        • Coordinate with the warehouse to meet shipping deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Sales Team Support:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Assist with project estimation, quotations, and submissions.<\/li>\n
          • Reduce operational tasks for the sales team, focusing on mass production launches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Internal & Global Collaboration:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
              \n
            • Work closely with quality, warehouse, and global teams in Vietnam and Japan.<\/li>\n
            • Share updates and ensure alignment on project progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n<\/hr>\n

              Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Experience in project management (preferred).<\/li>\n
              • Basic understanding of warehouse and packaging operations (preferred).<\/li>\n
              • Strong multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
              • Proficiency in Japanese and English (bilingual preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
