This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the import process for air freight shipments from origin to destination. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Entry-level candidates are welcome, as comprehensive training will be provided.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Work hours : 8AM-5PM<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shipment Coordination:<\/strong>\u00a0Arrange and monitor air freight shipments from the point of origin to the final destination.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentation:<\/strong>\u00a0Prepare, process, and distribute all necessary paperwork, such as air waybills, import declarations, and delivery orders. Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regulatory Compliance:<\/strong>\u00a0Work with customs brokers and agents to ensure all import shipments comply with international regulations and customs procedures. Obtain necessary permits and licenses for controlled or dangerous goods.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain daily communication with clients, vendors, agents, airlines, and truckers to provide shipment status updates, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth import process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tracking and Tracing:<\/strong>\u00a0Track and trace all inbound cargo, ensuring milestones are accurately recorded and timelines are met.
