FLSA: Exempt<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations for Japan-based cruise tours chartered by company.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Detailed Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Sales and promotion of cruise tours to Japanese residents living in the United States<\/p>\n

Serving as a tour escort for cruise programs<\/p>\n

Development of sales strategies<\/p>\n

Marketing planning and execution<\/p>\n

Designing and implementing operational systems to support business operations<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sales activities, including:<\/p>\n

Securing sponsors<\/p>\n

Attracting and organizing events<\/p>\n

Business development with travel agencies and companies that have established sales channels<\/p>\n

Sales to group tours and corporate travel clients<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As the business is still in its early growth stage and operated by a small team, this role will involve a wide variety of responsibilities.<\/p>\n

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to take on diverse tasks and enjoy the challenge of helping build and scale a business from the ground up.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities will span a broad range of functions, including customer support, sales activities, event and trade show participation (with travel required), translation work, market research, and the development of operational frameworks and processes.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Requirement:<\/p>\n

Fluency in both Japanese and English at a business level<\/p>\n

Ability to work fully on-site (in-office)<\/p>\n

Preferred Experience:<\/p>\n

Experience in sales, business planning, or launching new initiatives\/projects<\/p>\n

Experience or knowledge in the travel industry<\/p>\n

Marketing experience<\/p>\n

Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/p>\n

Highly motivated to grow and able to take proactive action to achieve company goals and assigned missions<\/p>\n
