Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels<\/li>\n<li>Provide shipment status updates, scheduling support, and quote-related communication<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate local pickups and deliveries with carriers<\/li>\n<li>Handle billing and collections-related inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Proactively follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery<\/li>\n<li>Enter and maintain accurate job data in internal logistics systems following SOPs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate tasks and deliverables with internal operations teams<\/li>\n<li>Identify customer issues, propose solutions, and escalate complex matters as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Perform other general duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 30 lbs<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and work independently or as part of a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate\u2019s degree or coursework in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of logistics, import operations, or international shipping<\/li>\n<li>Prior customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with logistics or data-entry systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Other Details<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-exempt position<\/li>\n<li>Training provided; entry-level candidates welcome<\/li>\n<li>Duties may evolve based on business needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u203b <em>This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and its responsibilities.
