Job Title and Description<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Real Estate Asset Manager<\/li>\n<li>Classification:\u00a0Regular, Full-Time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Summary:<\/p>\n<p>This position will handle asset management tasks for multi-family rental properties.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sourcing and underwriting potential acquisition targets for multi-family rental properties.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting site visits to existing properties and potential acquisition targets.<\/li>\n<li>Managing property management companies.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing weekly\/monthly performance of properties.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting multi-family rental market research.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing draft asset management reports.<\/li>\n<li>Attending video conferences with headquarters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Office Hours:\u00a09am \u2013 6pm (some evening meetings with HQ expected)<\/p>\n<p>Work Environment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primarily office-based, with remote work permitted on a necessary basis with prior manager approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Required Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Language:\u00a0Native-level Japanese proficiency in writing, reading, and verbal communication is mandatory due to frequent meetings and reports to the parent company.<\/li>\n<li>Education:\u00a0Bachelor&#039;s degree (no specific field required).<\/li>\n<li>Experience:\u00a0At least 5 years of full-time work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Preferred Skills and Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Skills:\u00a0Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification:\u00a0Real estate broker or agent license.<\/li>\n<li>Soft Skills:\u00a0Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Industry Experience:\u00a0A few years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably as an asset manager, property manager, or real estate broker\/agent (residential or commercial properties).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.
