This role plays a key part in financial analysis, audit coordination, and supporting management decision-making.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead monthly and year-end financial close processes<\/li>\n<li>Review journal entries and account reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports and support group reporting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support budgeting and forecasting; perform variance analysis<\/li>\n<li>Manage tax compliance (e.g., Sales &amp; Use Tax, 1099) with external advisors<\/li>\n<li>Research and apply accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, J-GAAP)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with audits and improve accounting processes<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to junior accounting staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/li>\n<li>5\u20138+ years of accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP;
