Marketing Assistant \u2013 Branded Entertainment Division<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Location:<\/strong> Culver City, CA (On-site only)<\/p>\n

Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time | OPT candidates welcome | Potential for visa sponsorship and full-time conversion<\/p>\n

Working Hours:<\/strong> 10:00 AM \u2013 7:00 PM<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Conduct research and develop marketing ideas for potential projects<\/li>\n
  • Assist with the creation of pitch decks and project reports<\/li>\n
  • Provide project management support for:\n
      \n
    • Digital and social media marketing<\/li>\n
    • Influencer campaigns<\/li>\n
    • Branded video productions<\/li>\n
    • Event coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Manage and create content for clients' social media accounts<\/li>\n
    • Communicate with external vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n<\/hr>\n

      Ideal Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Deep passion for marketing across all media platforms<\/li>\n
      • Bachelor's or Master\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field<\/li>\n
      • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n
      • Strong interest in Japanese culture<\/li>\n
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with social media trends, pop culture, and news cycles<\/li>\n
      • Solid technical skills (Google Suite: Gmail, PowerPoint, Excel, Docs, etc.)<\/li>\n
      • Must be able to commute to the Culver City office (no remote work)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n<\/hr>\n

        Preferred<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Bilingual in Japanese and English<\/li>\n
        • Prior internship experience at STORIES is a plus (especially for OPT candidates)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
