SUMMARY:<\/p>\n
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, providing<\/p>\n
overall sales support for a specific region of the company's Regional Sales Division, as well as<\/p>\n
general support for all other company's divisions.<\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Responsible for managing all regional accounts for Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG, CMP and Grinder<\/p>\n
Machines.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Report to and perform all sales related tasks as directed by Sales Management<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Identifying and developing new customer accounts within assigned territory<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Identifying and qualifying worldwide sales opportunities within accounts<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Negotiate pricing and terms with customer, including bulk purchase agreements and other legal<\/p>\n
contracts<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Developing comprehensive sales strategies to win business<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Coordinate customer visits with technical center and factory personnel<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Coordinate customer demos and benchmark activity<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Communicate with existing and potential customers regarding current and future sales<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Follow-up on system deliveries, customer issues and new enhancement requests<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Coordinate with Customer Support personnel to ensure proper customer service<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Participate in tradeshow activities<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Maintain a Customer Database<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Report Sales activities and forecasts<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Determine and quote system configurations to customers<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Communicate with Accretech Japan regarding all sales activities and coordinate this information with<\/p>\n
appropriate engineering personnel in the U.S. and Japan<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Travel as required<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 All other duties as required<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
his position requires complicated technological knowledge and requires tasks<\/p>\n

EDUCATION and\/or EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
7 Years + of extensive sales (capital sales preferred) and<\/p>\n
account management experience required; BS in Business or Technical field, and\/or technical degree.<\/p>\n
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer software<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English language ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/p>\n
required.<\/p>\n

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:<\/p>\n
Good mathematical ability required.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
REASONING ABILITY:<\/p>\n
Excellent analytical ability and strong capability to make sound judgments.<\/p>\n
Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Able to develop and<\/p>\n
effectively execute sales strategies.<\/p>\n
