{"id":23492,"date":"2025-12-18T23:41:25","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T23:41:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pasona.aukrim.net\/job\/order-management-specialist\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T20:25:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T20:25:09","slug":"000935","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/000935\/","title":{"rendered":"Logistics Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, presenting)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and understand technical and business documents (contracts, purchase orders, reports)<\/li>\n<li>Physical requirement: ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work overtime when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process customer orders (EDI, email, fax) with accuracy and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Issue invoices and track open order status against reports<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and track shipments with logistics team<\/li>\n<li>Support EDI and product data synchronization, resolving issues proactively<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with customers regarding order discrepancies, shipping delays, and resolution of issues<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly<\/li>\n<li>Report incidents and issues to management in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Comply with federal, state, and local requirements, including product recall processes<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to process improvements and team efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This description outlines the primary duties but is not an exhaustive list.
