{"id":23476,"date":"2025-12-18T16:20:07","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T16:20:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pasona.aukrim.net\/job\/accountant-or-sr-accountant-japanese-bilingual\/"},"modified":"2026-06-08T14:49:32","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T14:49:32","slug":"000960","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/000960\/","title":{"rendered":"Accountant -Japanese Bilingual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Japanese\u00a0financial service company seeks an accounting staff who will be responsible for handling general ledger relating to cash activities, cash reconciliations, accounts payable, cash management, lease funding, and monthly closing\ufeff.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Core Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist preparing daily cash journal entries in Excel and record into general ledger<\/li>\n<li>Assist reconcile cash activities per bank and GL systems on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Assist preparing daily wire transfers for lease funding, related party transfers, and miscellaneous items<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively with our related company to ensure transactions are properly accounted for<\/li>\n<li>Assist\u00a0Review and obtain approval from management for invoices to be paid<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assist prepare checks and ACH for payments<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain internal reports including but not limited to lease schedules with new leases and loan schedules<\/li>\n<li>Assist preparing monthly journal entries including expenses\/accruals\/prepaid<\/li>\n<li>Assist preparing monthly\/quarterly reporting items as requested<\/li>\n<li>Assist preparing state filing items<\/li>\n<li>Assist as directed by the Accounting and Finance Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting or equivalent field required<\/li>\n<li>3+ years\u2019 GAAP experience <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Excel, including V-lookups &amp; Pivot Table and Microsoft 365<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Ability to close month end financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize work independently and achieve department\u2019s deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Indirect taxes (f1099, f1042, personal property taxes, sales taxes) are plus<\/li>\n<li>CPA firm experience is plus<\/li>\n<li>Audit experience is plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"info@aukrim.com","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23476","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Accountant -Japanese Bilingual - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/000960\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Accountant -Japanese Bilingual - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"A Japanese\u00a0financial service company seeks an accounting staff who will be responsible for handling general ledger relating to cash activities, cash reconciliations, accounts payable, cash management, lease funding, and monthly closing\ufeff.
